It's a rare occasion that i get to have a night in by myself. Whilst my friends were at Fleetwood Mac, i planned on having an early night as the weight of the past week was quickly catching up with me. Unwinding with a hot cup of english breakfast, a tin of vanilla wafer sticks, monte carlos and one of the most comfortable lounges i have ever experienced, i happily turned off my phone and somehow, unable to move, watched Titanic (ohgodpleasedontask) from start to finish. Some would say this is a little depressing, others would say it's my coming of age, i would laugh and say that i really couldn't be bothered changing the channel and would probably agree with you both. After feeling the way stupid romantic movies make you feel, i was grateful my boyfriend was coming home in just two hours and got thinking about how attractive Leo was in 1997. I should learn from my mistakes but I intend on getting Romeo & Juliet out this weekend, no doubt prepping for my hungover state come Saturday and Sunday morning. Oh dear.

It's moments like these that make my heart flutter.

This super cute package arrived in my letterbox yesterday. One of my best friends, Eleanor, is the Beauty Editor at Famous and has the tendency to send us ridiculously generous gifts. But this one was different to the boxes full of YSL, Chanel and every cosmetic brand under the sun that you can think of. Under it's lid were 5 fragrances by Harajuku Lovers with the most adorable little harajuku girls on top. Anyone that knows me well, knows the quickest way to my heart is Japan, and she hit the nail on the head... I'm in love.

Another weekend passes us by. My first weekend of November was spent taking photos of new stock for GPV whilst eating nachos with my two best friends. I don't know if most of you are aware but freshly diced cucumber and tomatoes goes down a treat with your nachos. Trust me, try it. It makes the entire meal seem lighter and healthier and it's amazing. I might even go as far as saying, it may change your life.

We also attended a Woodstock party that we'd been looking forward to for far too long. Let's just say, we were happy, overly excited and the night was short lived. I don't know how many people at Woodstock had to send themselves home before midnight but I'm glad i did. Who knows, maybe i could of turned into a pumpkin at the stroke of twelve?
