A little off topic but i wanted to introduce you all to the little kitten I'm catsitting at the moment called Miso. My friends are in Thailand for three weeks so i jumped at the opportunity to mind her while they are away. I've always been a bit of a cat fanatic but seeing as i couldn't have one of my own i opted to cover my office and bedroom in vintage ceramic cats and lights instead. Miso is a ragdoll and the cutest little thing i've ever seen. She paws at my head in the morning to try and wake me up and if this fails she'll either sleep on my head or curl up into a ball and sleep next to my head. It seems she loves human contact and attention so much she'll even try to sleep on my keyboard or lap when I'm working. She's actually sleeping on my lap right now.. Sigh, my perfect kind of cat. After years of fighting with myself and how not practical it is to have a cat at this age - with living out of home, traveling, expenses etc - i've finally caved and decided to get one of my own. Two little Miso's running around and pawing at my face? Oh yes, I can't wait!

    i cant stop chuckling at the third photo! my cat does just the same! - pressing her paws into soft cushiony textures like carpets, beds and pillows!! too cute, she purrs the loudest when she does this too:)

    Miso is adorable - i always wanted my cat to remain a little kitten.

    I know you're dying to have one but if you spend a lot of your time away, please don't get a cat. It's only going to suffer. And you'll feel 10 times worse when it passes away or you decide you have to give it away :(

    Aw, she is adorable. I've always been a dog lover, but last December I fell head over heels in love with a kitten. It was introducing a kitten into a house with 2 dogs. I've never owned a cat before, so I'm learning all the adorable things they do, i'm constantly in a state of awe!

    My sister has a ragdoll, they all seem to be super gorgeous with strong personalities!

    i own a Ragdoll cat myself. love him more than anything else. he sleep in my bed as well, next to my head, since he is to tall to sleep over my neck, like he used to do when he was as young as Miso. Ragdolls are known for being like dogs, always around humans and they follow and guard you like a dog does. enjoy ur 3 weeks with her. Time flies by.

    Do it Nicole, I own two little fluffballs and I am a student. They're messy but make me very happy. You can save some kittens from being put down and you practically get them for free. you only pay for their initial vet check, microchip, desexing, de-worming, de-fleaing, toilet training etc... Check our Renbury farm animal shelter on google. Would be the best feeling saving a kitten from certain death x

    make sure you check out all the shelters and the rspca before you buy one at the petshop! you can save a life by adopting plus a lot of bucks!
