(DIY Peach Shirt, Camilla & Marc shorts, Topshop Socks, Vintage Brogues, Alexander Wang Bag)
Just a few photos Luke took of me the other day before he flew out to Queensland for the weekend. I'm used to coming across hundreds of button up shirts in every print and colour when i go op shopping but i was really taken by this simple peach one. After developing a slight complex about wearing shirts (i over killed them a few years ago) i decided to give mine a fresh makeover by cutting out the shoulders and sleeves. It was super easy and i loved how only a few small cuts could change this look completely, and also how my complex seemed to fade away quite quickly.
Unfortunately it was really windy where we took these photos so it doesn't really flatter my outfit too much - I had to tuck the shirt into my shorts so i didn't resemble a peach balloon half the time! Usually it falls really beautifully from the shoulders down and after altering this one I'm fighting the urge to race around my office and cut up every shirt i have in stock right now.
This amethyst stone double knuckle ring is a sneak peek of some of the amazing creations i have coming for the store from our new jewelry designer in the US. She's a super talented lady and as sweet as pie so i can't wait to introduce you all to her store! Right now she's busy working away on rings like these and they should be available to order in the next two weeks. There will be single and double amethyst stone rings as well as some lovely stone necklaces available. I absolutely fell in love when i received mine so i hope you all feel the same way!
Everything is quickly coming together here and i can't wait to show you all what i've been so busy working on. I have a feeling the next three months are going to be out of control and i'm preparing myself for many sleepless nights. Is it disturbing if i'm actually looking forward to it? Actually, don't answer that. I already know the answer...

Do you really thing those statement eyebrows are doing anything for you? Please stop. Xx
ReplyDeleteHaha don't listen to eyebrow-hater, some people are just over-sensitive about other people's eyebrows...
ReplyDeleteI love the shirt, it's a great colour as well... I'm curious to see what it looks like untucked, is it very long? Is this a guy's shirt, too?
I like your outfit! Especiall your bag! Gorgeous
ReplyDeleteWell i've never really thought about my eyebrows at all really so i suppose i don't think they're doing anything for me besides.. being eyebrows?
ReplyDeleteAnd Yoshi: The shirt is female and it looks like a cute little shirt dress when it's untucked. It sits so differently so hopefully i'll have time to shoot it again :)
