I really wanted to share the Ruby AW 11 lookbook with you all. Ruby is a NZ brand which only popped up on my radar a few months ago and I've been smitten ever since. I'm constantly looking at their AW look book which is styled absolutely perfectly and overflowing with so much winter outfit inspiration for these cold and chilly months ahead. I don't know why people tend to dress in black during winter (maybe to suit the dull and dreary days?) but I love how Ruby have kept things bright, beautiful and unbelievably feminine with a super soft colour palette and interesting mix of textures and layers. I would happily wear every outfit in this look book from top to toe, and may have already bought myself a little something to add to my beloved shoe collection. Please say hello to Bianca, the newest addition to my little family and fully equipped with a wooden platform and gold mirror heel.
You can shop the Ruby Boutique here, and remember all prices are shown in NZ dollars so be sure to convert them to your currency first. My Bianca heels were listed for $399 NZD so I couldn't jump quicker at them when I discovered they were really $290 in AUD! It's like a constant sale, but not really?

    I love the "colours" of winter, I'm not a big fan of black. And the fact that colour blocking has become such a big trend, I'm hoping to see so much more of it this winter!

    The snowy keyhole jumper is so impossibly adorable. It just looks so damn soft, as though wearing it would feel like you're wrapped in cotton wool. I love how you styled it with Chloe silk shorts. Stunning!

    Unfortunately it's not quite as fun shopping in NZ dollars when you use the euro. Everything seems expensive with the euro. :-(
