M O K T H E O R E M .

A few weeks ago you'll remember I blogged about this beautiful label Mok Theorem when I visited the Hush Communications showroom in Paddington. It actually took me a few looks to realise I had already previewed the entire S/S 11/12 "Child In Time" collection and was now witnessing it walking down the runway first hand. Nothing really compares to seeing the garments come to life when equipped with impeccably polished models, romantic lighting, background music and the buzzing RAFW atmosphere and clicking photographers waiting at the end of each runway. I love how they've styled these somewhat feminine pieces with leather gloves, fishnet masks and chunky gold cuffs and perspex collar necklaces, giving this collection a new found edge and the right balance between modern and down right cool. Mok Theorem is one of many designers at RAFW who have embraced the "Cut Out" trend and by the looks of it they got it right. I'll be posting the rest of their S/S lookbook very soon so stay tuned.
