The next two weeks are looking pretty crazy here. I'm shooting, editing, uploading and listing my new collection over the weekend, which will be in store this Monday night! Then i have a surprise for all of you that will be in store only a few days later. A huge update for Gary Pepper Pieces is also hitting the store next week with over 20 pairs of lace up ankle boots, rings, and so many new amazing bags - i don't even know how many there are! I'm also busy with re branding my store and hopefully can send off everything to the printers early next week, and I've also hired a second seamstress to help manage the ridiculous amount of stock we have accumulated for the upcoming Summer season. I'm hoping it will help give me more time to finish some of my samples too! Let's just say next week is going to be HUGE...

If you're still in Melbourne, besides the vintage/retro/op stores in Melbourne CBD, there are some great op shops on Greville St (in Prahan)

you went all the way to melbourne & you had starbucks!? sweet sweet thing, there are a MILLION amazing cafés at your feet, such a shame to waste all that & have a lousy starbucks.
ReplyDeletelove your pictures (as always), and your nailpolish!! what's the brand? loveeee it
ReplyDeletexoxo
haha dear my two only anonymous': Starbucks was not the only place we had coffee. Every morning we went to breakfast on degraves street and enjoyed a coffee first thing in the morning, and throughout the day all over the city.
ReplyDeleteI will not lie though, the closest starbucks to me is nearly 2 hours away so i do enjoy a good caramel mocchiato - it's been long overdue! :)
I can't believe you don't have a starbucks near you Nicole! I feel like they surround me as much as mcdonalds does.
ReplyDeleteYou look amazing & I love looking at photos of familiar places taken by people who aren't familiar with them. does that make sense? I guess everything looks so nice from a fresh perspective, thats why.
Anyway, I am disappointed you didn't tell me you were coming to Melb, it would have been so nice to meet up with you and your boy. Coming back again soon I hope? x
melbourne vintage is SO OVERPRICED! I think because Melbourne is so creative, and so many locals love quirky clothing in Melbourne compared to Syd. I shop in sydney for all my vintage pieces now- its just become so impossible shopping in melbourne and fighting for bargains against endless vintage boutique stores here! its so disappointing! oh well! c'est la vie...and hello sydney!!
ReplyDeleteOooo me likey this outfit. Luuuurving long skirts, wish I could find more while out thirifting but, sadly, Baby Bubble means 95% have to be passed up. *sob*

ReplyDeleteThere are so many amazing cafes and coffee shops in Melbourne, why Starbucks?
ReplyDeleteevery stills are so wondering.. so words to describe about this.. Of course if you are going to race a bike down the slopes of the Alps or across the country on some gnarly dirt track then a bicycle helmet makes good sense. Bikes Melbourne
