Today i can finally let you all know about some of the exciting projects coming up for the store so i'm going to dedicate this entire post to the wonderful people who are making this happen and pack it to the brim with some much needed information :)
Firstly, i am thrilled to announce that Gary Pepper Vintage will be collaborating with cult boutique, Tuchuzy, this coming summer! Tuchuzy is an amazing high end boutique in Bondi that carries stylish, unique and cutting edge labels like: Alexander Wang Eyewear, Alex & Chloe, Bassike, Bec & Bridge, Ellery, Helmut Lang, House of Harlow, Karen Walker, Karla Spetic, Lonely Hearts, Rag & Bone, Stolen Girlfriends Club, The Row Eyewear, Therese Rawsthorne, Wildfox and my absolute favourite, Jeffrey Campbell, to name a few. Over the next few months i will be sourcing a summer vintage range that will be exclusive to Tuchuzy and available in their Bondi store this November/December. We'll also be working together on styling their front window to reflect Gary Pepper Vintage and the exciting collaboration happening between the two stores! Woah.
Even though it's a few months away, it gives me plenty of time to source only the best vintage pieces from all over the world and i'm even planning to make it to New York before then so i can make this collection as amazing as it can possibly be! I still can't believe my vintage range will be carried alongside such high end labels and i'm so excited that i can finally offer you all buy it now prices! So pencil this in, plan a day trip with your friends, and start saving your pennies, because i already know how crazy i'm going to go in that store this summer! And seeing as Tuchuzy just received their shipment of the Alexander Wang and Linda Farrow cat eye sunglasses... need i say more?
Secondly, it's been confirmed that Gary Pepper Vintage will be joining forces with powerhouse Solestruck.com to bring you the hottest new styles from Jeffrey Campbell! Over the next few weeks i'll be styling some of their shoes and doing mini photoshoots. Those images will then be used as landing pages on the Solestruck website! If you've been following my blog from the start you'll know how much i absolutely adore Jeffrey Campbell so you can imagine how surreal this is to have the opportunity to collaborate together. Lately i've been bombarded with emails about my Jeffrey Campbell shoes and where to get them so i've put together a little post with exclusive information straight from the man himself to answer some of your much asked questions.
If you're wondering, Jeffrey Campbell is one of the most sought after brands in today's competitive shoe market. Ten years old and hailing from the heart of Los Angeles, Jeffrey Campbell has slowly become the footwear brand to know in the US. Based around vintage inspirations, runway trending and the grind of daily life, Jeffrey Campbell has emerged as the footwear choice of fashion nomads globally and can be found on some of the most influential trendsetters in the world from fashion blogger Rumi Neely to style icon Kate Bosworth.
In recent years, Jeffrey Campbell has become more available in Europe, popping up in high concept boutiques and on the shelves of top retailers across the continent. Quickly expanding and gaining immense popularity by the day, Jeffrey Campbell is currently sold in all of North America, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, New Zealand, Hong Kong and more importantly, Australia. Bringing you some of the best and most coveted styles season after season at affordable prices, it's no wonder Australia has jumped on the Jeffrey Campbell bandwagon which is quickly taking over the fashion blogosphere.
But where can we find JC in Australia? Tuchuzy in Bondi Beach was the first boutique in Australia to carry the Jeffrey Campbell line and has been for nearly a year. They are the Australian home for the most edgy, aggressive, fun and crazy designs from Jeffrey Campbell but with one problem, they keep selling out! With much anticipation, Tuchuzy received their first initial shipment of JC's which is now available in store, with another larger shipment expected to land mid June (You can email stockcontrol@tuchuzy.com for all stock enquries). Keeping up with the high demand from Australian teenagers and fashionaistas alike, starting this month Jeffrey Campbell will be available in Zomp, Apex (Sydney) and in several small boutiques in Melbourne including Fillys stable and Ebony M.
If you can't make it to any of those stores don't worry. Luckily for us, they are also available through several large online websites like solestruck.com, lorisshoes.com and needsupply.com that happily ship worldwide. They each carry different selections and often styles exclusive to only that store so be sure to have a look at all of them. Here are a few of my favourites that are available now through Solestruck.com.
{The Raid, The Backstage, The Charli Clog, The Mary Roks, The Tick, The clinic.}
And last but not least, i was asked to guest blog for Frockshop.com who want to run a feature on my store. I'm currently working on a new outfit post that you will hopefully be able to see on their website in the next few days and if everything goes well i may even become a frequent guest blogger :)So that is my big news (and extremely long and exhausting post), everyone! For the past few weeks i've felt like i needed a new challenge and now it looks like i'll be working like a maniac for the next month to come and i love that you'll be there every step of the way! But the announcement i've been dying to tell you the most? Thanks to my amazing new tax accountant as of tomorrow Gary Pepper Vintage will become Gary Pepper Vintage PTY LTD. Once a small dream, now a fully registered company.
Who would of thought?

Congrats, that's all so exciting! It seems like a small thing but being "officially" registered as a business with the government is exhilarating. I framed my LLC papers as soon as they came in the mail:)
